Our Vacuum interlocks provide various comfortable ways to transfer objects into and out of the gloveboxes. For this purpose both standard antechambers with d = 400 mm and d = 150 mm can be used, if the desired object fits in these dimensions. Otherwise additional antechamber sizes and shapes can be realized on customer demands. Furthermore movable trays are integrated into the vacuum interlocks for an easy process of loading in and off. For some products the big antechamber doors (d = 400 mm) are made of special safety glass and allow an observation of the transfered objects.
